Location: Cary, NC, U.S.

Time Frame to Fill: Immediately – Temp Assignment for 3-5 months

Rate of Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 hourly

Job description: 

As an Administrative Clerk, you will be required to conduct cold calling for HUD inspector in various locations, while overseeing administrative and clerical duties. If you are a detail-oriented professional with proven clerical experience, we want you. In this position, you will play an important part in assuring our company’s daily office operations run smoothly.

Our ideal candidate/s will also be familiar with basic admin procedures, great phone voice and experience in cold calling customers. To succeed in this role, you must be a reliable and self-motivated professional with excellent organizational skills.

Job duties:

  • Cold Calls, answering telephones, recording minutes, data entry and maintaining company files.
  • Help with office management and organization processes.
  • Processing of applications and permits as well as other pertinent documents.
  • Maintain a database system or an up to date directory which helps them to contact clients and advise them of the status.
  • Handle information requests through telephone, updating files and mailing lists, preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Operate computers and use software programs, database management and spreadsheets.

Key requirements & experience needed:

  • Communication and Organizational skills
  • Microsoft Applications – MUST be proficient
  • Scheduling & coordinating inspections with Subcontractors of appointments
  • Must be willing to learn HUD software & submittal process.


  • Associates Degree, High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clerical position.
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be a fast typist with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
